- Delivery: Lead times start only after receipt of the advance deposit and final approval of samples/designs.
- Inspection: We encourage third-party inspections if required by the buyer before dispatch.
- Claims: Any damage or quantity discrepancy must be reported within 7 business days of shipment arrival at the destination port, supported by clear photographic evidence.
